Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Initiate RFQs,for our defined product strategy and meet the booking target.
Incumbent will be expected to perform all of the following key function;
Will get the approval of Q1 and issue the GRTS.
Prepare,submit and follow-up on the quotations.
Maintain GSC to the latest weekly amount and provide support to customers.
Complete the work as assigned by Project Mgr.in support of the GPMS.
Follow upon ARs and outstanding claims of their customers.
Support the customers in their region,as well as,globally with Global KAM.
Lead the audit of potential suppliers for new customers.
Lead the contract review for new contracts.
Negotiate with the customers for annual reduction of price.
Support market events.
Support completion marketing reports.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or masters's degree (Engineering is preferred).
Standard mandarin and fluent English.
Three years’ experience in sales in automotive industry, foreign-capital enterprise is preferred.
Ability to complete quotations and the line item definitions.
Able to creat the marketing reports.
Basic finance knowledge.
Basic legal knowledge of contracts.

Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the technical solutions and analyses on the equipment maintenance and associated plant facilities.
Incumbent will be expected to perform all of the following key functions;
Support supervisor to set up the Preventative Maintenance(PM) system for all the associated equipment and facility interconnections.
Responsible for the W.I for PM as well as, training employees on PM and also monitor the PM execution effectiveness.
Work closely with maintenance supervisor on employee training and competency improvement.
Analyze the root cause of breakdown of equipment, and support supervisor on the continuous improvement and also take necessary action to mitigate in the future.
Support supervisor on the facility and equipment daily maintenance,as well as,new equipment installation and commissioning.
Support on-site equipment maintenance if necessary.
Support supervisor to define the spare parts and manage them to keep the inventory at the correct level.
Support supervisor on the continuous improvement process.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor;
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with major in technical field such as Electrical,Mechanical or other.
At least 3 years in maintenance field in a foreign manufacturing company.
Good knowledge of maintenance engineering principles and standards.
Sufficient knowledge and practice in TPM and PM.
Problem solving and diagnostic abilities.
Knowledge of electrical systems,pneumatics,hydraulics,Lubrication,SiemensS7-300PLC and HMI.
Good communication skills.
Good spoken and written English.
Good computer skills.
